2, Royal Mail 1st Class parcel Service £4.50
3, Royal Mail Special Delivery Service Next Day £8.95
Same Day Despatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm the same day.
If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day. (UK only - excluding bank holidays). Subject to terms and conditions.
Our Supplier does not allow us to carry stock on the Leg avenue range, consequently orders can take between 10-14 days from date or order.
Exchange Item Shipping Costs.
If an order or part of an order which has qualified for free delivery is returned for a refund then a refund will be given minus the postal and packaging cost of £3.50.
If an item is returned for exchange then the customer will be invoiced for the delivery of the exchange item at a cost of £3.50.
The exchange item will not be posted until the exchange delivery invoice has been paid.
UK Address Orders.
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days.
However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail does not consider post lost until 15 days have elapsed.
Parcel Force 2 Day Delivery Service - Guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days, 85% delivered next day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Friday. Subject to terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change delivery requested due to any unforseen circumstances.
Security.
Royal Mail require you to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, don’t worry! Royal Mail will leave a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Royal Mail will keep your parcel for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re send your order there will be a normal charge you for re shipping. If you would like to cancel your order because it has been returned by Royal Mail then we will refund you, less the shipping costs.
European Orders.
European orders carry a standard flat rate shipping charge of £15
European orders normally arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
