We operate a no quibble returns policy on all items subject to terms and conditions.Our staff will give 100% effort in resolving any problems you may have either with your product or our service.
We do not offer refunds, however this does not affect your statutory rights. In order to ensure that all items are of the highest quality we reserve the right to alter, amend and improve items specified in our literature without prior notification. Should an item be deleted, amended or altered in any way we reserve the right to send an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost to the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to Hygiene regulations all Intimate items (eg Thongs Playsuits and other Lingerie and adult jewellery ) MUST be unworn/unused. (elysia products cannot be returned unless faulty due to health & hygiene regulations) (This includes trying the item on). Goods must be returned within 7 days with the packaging and labels intact and in perfect condition. Failure to comply will result in the item being returned to you and no refund given. Items cannot be accepted without a returns number which you can obtain from info@thesensualist.co.uk. A refund will be made to you within 28 days of return. If you wish to exchange an item for another product you will be liable for these exchange shipping costs. An invoice will be issued to cover the exchange shipping costs. You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items, any costs that we have to pay for your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty items should be returned within 7 days, and we will gladly refund or replace your order, including any carriage charges. E-Mail us at info@thesensualist.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Wrap the item securely and include your name and returns reference. Items cannot be accepted without a returns number. The Sensualist cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, and would recommend that you use a trackable means of postage for all packages sent back to us .
This does not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any goods returned due to incorrect size, colour, or choice by the customer will incurr a handling charge of £6.00
Any Corsets or Bustiers returned due to incorrect size, colour, or choice by the customer will incurr a handling charge of £12.00
So please ensure you use the size charts and double check your size.
Should items need to be returned for an alternative reason please return all goods, complete with packaging, by recorded delivery to us and retain proof of postage. Postage is non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.’
